Popandopulo A. Optimization of treatment of the patients with cicatricial deformation of the neck of the uterus

Object - reparative processes in a wound of neck of the uterus after realization diathermoexcision at cicatricial deformations; methods - morphological (light and polarizing microscopy, immunohistochemistry); biotechnological; clinic-instrumental; endoscopic; cytologic; planimetric; statistical. The novelty - is investigated dynamics of restoration of injured defect after diathermoexcision of neck of the uterus at the standard and offered method of conducting of the postoperative period with use of a fibroblastic-collagen composite. Is established, that the character of alternative changes in early term after diathermoexcision has characteristic attributes of a thermal defeat of tissues. Is proved, that the local application of a fibroblastic-collagen composite is capable to stimulate processes of restoration of neck of the uterus. Results - increase of efficiency of surgical treatment; field - medicine.
