Essay

The object of study: The technology of phosphatide concen-trate degreasing, food lecithin. The aim of investigation is the making of the technology of ion of the high-concentration phospholipids of sunflower oil obtaining. Methods of study: IR-spectroscopy, the chemical methods of analysis, thin-layer and liquid chromatography. Theoretical and practical results, novelty: kinetics of phosphatide concentrate degreasing by isopropyl alcohol was investigated. Componential and struc-ture composition of phospholipids is defined. Temperature influence on process of degreasing phospholipids was investi-gated. Kinetics of oxygen contact with phospholipids was in-vestigated. Degree of application: the technology of reception of high-concentration phospholipids of sunflower oil is devel-oped and tested in trial-industrial conditions on ZAT “DOIREA” , Dnipropetrovsk. Sphere of use: to food industry, medicine.
