Vyshnevskyi P. The educational process management at the higher military educational establishment on the basis of innovation technologies

The thesis is devoted to the problems of the educational process management at higher military educational establishments within the innovation technologies. The main directions of this process improvement have been considered. They are: creation of modular variations of educational programs, introduction of rating knowledge evaluation, usage of a computer as means for self-preparation work activization, improvement of teachers’ pedagogic skills, improvement of formed management skills level, formation of cadets’ self-instruction and cognitive activity. The author has substantiated and experimentally proved the totality of pedagogic conditions that ensure the educational process: introduction of modular and information technologies of education; activization of cadets’ self-preparation work; pedagogic control of cadets’ educational process utilizing rating knowledge evaluation. The model of the improvement of the educational process management and the model of the cadets’ management skills formation onthe basis of modular, rating and information technologies have been worked out, theoretically substantiated and experimentally proved.
