Essay

Object of research: processes of dynamic manage-ment by enterprises. Purpose of research: develop-ment of mechanisms of dynamic management by enter-prises on the basis of introduction of contract relations, methods of logistic and new information technologies. Methods of research: logical and empiric methods of research; method of structural design; methods of pro-ject management and logistic. Results: conception of dynamic management by enterprises on the basis of idea "dynamic kernel" taking into account the factor of seasonality of works; mechanism of the organizational planning on the base of method of structural design; mechanism of management by the contract relations in purchase logistic for adjusting "internal market" of re-sources; organizational mechanism of functioning of the system of marketing of enterprise; chart of con-struction of the system of support of acceptance of or-ganizational decisions. Novelty: mechanism of the or-ganizational planning on the base of structural design; mechanism of management by the contract relations in purchase logistic for adjusting of internal market of resources on the basis of theory of the active systems and project management; conception of dynamic man-agement by enterprises on the basis of idea got further development "dynamic kernel" of organizational struc-ture taking into account the factor of seasonality of works; the chart of construction of the system of sup-port of acceptance of organizational decisions for the complete and timely providing by necessary informa-tion of guidance of enterprise taking into account the dynamics of changes of external environment is im-proved.
