Object of the study: Endocrine fertility in women. Purpose of the study: To determine correlation between endo-crine and immune state of the patients with anovulation and insuf-ficiency of lutein phase, pathogenetic changes in the hormonal im-munological profile of women with endocrine fertility with the purpose to use ozone-therapy and to work out a new complex approach of treatment endocrine fertility against their background. Methods of the study: General clinical, biochemical, im-munoenzyme, immunological, instrumental, x-ray, ultrasound, functional diagnosis, statistical methods. Practical significance: The performed study allowed revealing the pathological changes in hormonal immunological complex of women with endocrine pathology. A considerable immune-modulating and stimulating production of endogenic hormones effect of medicinal ozone was revealed, which allowed to work out ovulation stimulation with clomiphene citrate together with ozone therapy, which improved the efficacy of treatment of endocrine fertility. Novelty of the obtained results: For the first time, the analysis of correlation between the dysbalance in the endocrine and immune systems of the patients with anovulation and lutein phase insufficiency was done. It was revealed that LH and Ig parameters correlated indirectly, estradiol and T-lymphocyte, B-lymphocyte, Ig correlated indirectly as well as directly with T-helper/T-suppressor coefficient, progesterone level directly correlated with T-suppressor level and indirectly correlate with the level of NK cells. For the first time immunomodulating effect of medicinal ozone was revealed in women with endocrine infertility. The use of ozone separately and in combination with CC normalized the amount of T-suppressors, NK cells, B-lymphocytes. For the first time, it was established that ozone promoted increase in LH and estradiol amount on day 8-10 of the cycle, that of progesterone - on day 20-21 of the cycle. For the first time, it was revealed that ovulation induction with CC together with ozone therapy provided secretory transformation of the endometrium. A scheme of ovulation induction with CC together with ozone therapy in women with anovulation and lutein phase insufficiency with the purpose to treat endocrine infertility was worked out. Introduction: The developed method was introduced to the practical work of specialized maternity hospital No. 5 (Kharkiv), maternity hospital No. 1 (Kharkiv), therapeutic prophylactic center "Sana", center for reproduction and genetics "Implant", Kharkiv Center for Family Planning and Human Reproduction. The theoretical concept and practical recommendations of the research are used in the teaching process of obstetrics and gynecology department No. 1 of Kharkiv State Medical University. Sphere of application: medicine, obstetrics and gynecology.
