Semenyaka V. Ways of increasing the representability of screening research of the coagulation hemostasis.

The analysis and generalization of researches of the coagulation hemostasis of persons of reference groups and hemostasiopathias patients have been carried out. Real borders of norms for screening-coagulograms methods have been established. The basic characteristics of representative reference groups and character of their distribution have been established. Correlation dependence between components activity of the hemostasis systems and the concentration of mean-molecular peptides in blood’s whey has been established and it allows to recommend the method of definition of this endointoxications marker for prevention of inclusion in reference groups the individuals with the latent diseases.The preventivethe analysis of research methods of the coagulation hemostasis from the positions of demonstrative medicine has allowed to define an optimum set of screening-coagulograms tests. The new reference estimated index has been offered for leveling distinction of activity of similar reagents of different manufacturers and series. It’s high efficiency has been shown in carrying out laboratory researches of the hemostasis system. The system of rules of carrying out pteanalytical and postanalytical stages of the screening-coagulograms which raises use researh representability researches of the hemostasis systems has been developed on the basis of these researches. ; the field is medicine.
