Object of investigation is an education differentiating process at the secondary school of general education; Objective of investigation is to substantiate and to experimentally verify the technology of rendering pedagogical support for the teenagers on the part of teachers under the conditions of a differentiated team form used for organizing the process of teaching; Methods - analytical, retrospective, diagnostic, forecasting, praxemetric, mathematical and the method of pedagogical experiment; Novelty - the technology of rendering the pedagogical support for the teenagers under the conditions of a team form of organizing their cognitive activity in the process of learning the subjects of natural and mathematical cycle has been substantiated and experimentally checked; Results – the technology of managing the pedagogical support for pupils that envisages diagnostics of the learning skills of pupils for the purpose of forming the training micro-teams and defining the content of work with them, as wellas working out special courses related to the issues of managing the differentiated teaching of pupils has been developed
