Forostjanaja E. Preventive maintenance obstetrical and perinatal complications at women with placentary insufficiency at previous gestation.

Scientific work is devoted to decrease frequencies obstetrical and perinatal complications at women with placentary insufficiency at previous gestation on the basis of studying clinical-ehografical features, a functional condition of vegetative nervous system, psyhoemocional status, the maintenance of hormones and placentary fibers, and also microbiological features and improvement of treatment-and-prophylactic actions. It is shown, that development obstetrical and perinatal pathologies at women with placentary insufficiency at previous gestation occurs on a background expressed changes psyhoemocional status and a functional condition of vegetative nervous system. Practical recommendations on decrease frequency obstetrical and perinatal pathologies at women with placentary insufficiency are developed and introduced at previous gestation on the basis of the differentiated approach for carrying out of treatment-and-prophylactic actions.
