Rud V. Optimization of surgical treatment and forecasting of pyoinflammatory diseases of genitals at intrauterine contraceptions.

Scientific work is devoted reduction frequencies postoperative death rate and deseases at women with pyoinflammatory diseases of genitals on a background intrauterine to contraception on the basis of studying clinical-morphological, microbiological and immunological features, and also development and introduction of a complex medical - forecasting actions. For the first time the interrelation between clinical, morphological, microbiological and immunological changes at patients with purulently inflammatory processes of genitals on a background intrauterine contraceptions before operative treatment is established. It has allowed to expand the available data about patogenesise inflammatory diseases of reproductive system, and also scientifically to prove necessity of development of a technique of optimization of surgical treatment and forecasting of pyoinflammatory diseases on a background intrauterine contraceptions. Practical recommendations on decrease in frequency postoperative death rate and deseases at women with pyoinflammatory diseases of genitals on a background intrauterine contraceptions are developed and introduced on the basis of use of a technique of optimization of surgical treatment and forecasting.
