Scientific work is devoted to the decision of pressing question of modern obstetrics - to decrease in frequency of premature birth at women with hypothyreosise. The author establishes interrelation between frequency, terms and the reasons of premature birth, changes endocrinological status, a homeostasis and a functional condition fetoplacental complex at hypofuction a thyroid gland. The role of correction ioddeficite conditions and antigomotoxical is shown therapy in preventive maintenance of premature birth. Practical recommendations on decrease in frequency of premature birth at women with hypothyreosise are developed and introduced on the basis of use of the advanced technique of treatment-and-prophylactic actions.
