Scientific work is devoted to the decision of pressing question of modern gynecology - to decrease in frequency of relapses after laparoscopical reconstructive - regenerative operations at patients with lyeomioma uterus on the basis of studying clinical-ehografical, endocrinological and immunological features, and also development and introduction of a complex of treatment-and-prophylactic and rehabilitation actions. The role endocrinological and immunological infringements in генезе leyomioma uterus at reproductive age is shown. A quality monitoring behind clinical current and efficiency of spent treatment-and-prophylactic and rehabilitation actions at patients after endoscopical treatments leyomioma uterus are offered.
