Scientific work is devoted to the decision of pressing question of modern gynecology - to decrease in frequency of a pathology of reproductive system at girls - teenagers. The author establishes interrelation between frequency and clinical displays postabortion complications on the one hand, and features of the psychological status, system immunity and microbiocenose sexual ways with another, at girls - teenagers. It has allowed patogenetical to prove, offer and introduce algorithm of treatment-and-prophylactic and rehabilitation actions on a basis psyhologycal and medicamentous correction. A quality monitoring behind efficiency and spent treatment-and-prophylactic actions at girls - teenagers after artificial abortions with use psychological, microbiological and immunological parameters are offered.
