Skliarenko V. Forecasting influences of the social dynamic factors on the state management of the medicine's supply to the population of Ukraine

The object is the state management of the medicine's supply to the population of Ukraine. The objective is the sscientific-theoretical justification of the priority influence of the medical and social dynamic factors on the organizational and economical mechanisms of the state management of the supply of the population of Ukraine with medications and representation of the innovational model of the regional monitoring of this process as a part of the ensuring process of forecasting of the medicine's manufacturing volume that offers improvement of the quality and accessibility of the medical services. The methods are scientific identification, comparative analysis, abstract-logical, economic-mathematical analysis, systematic, systematic-analytical. The newness is that the innovational model of the state regional monitoring of the supply of the population of Ukraine with medications as a part of the ensuring process of forecasting of the medicine's manufacturing volume is represented. The results are that the specific mechanisms of the state management of the supply of the country population with medications are provided and methods of forecasting of the manufacturing volumes with the means of the economic modeling are offered. Characteristics of the main medical and social factors used as scientific and practical sources, which could serve for state social and economical forecasting of the supply of the population with medications.
