Kurylo T. Public Administration by Training of Leaders for Health Care of Ukraine in Conditions of European Integration

The object is the system of the managers preparation for the health care system in Ukraine. The objective is the scientific and theoretical justification of the directions, mechanisms and approaches to the public administration of the preparation of the managers for the health care system in Ukraine in the conditions of the European integration. The methods are functional and structural analyses, historical, logical, observation, description, comparison, inductive generalization, analyses, synthesis, classification, systematization, generalization, prognostic. The newness is that the systematic analyses of the directions, mechanisms and approaches to the public administration of the preparation of the managers for the health care system in the European countries, Russia and the USA has been conducted for the first time; the functions and the qualities of the managers for the health care system have been highlighted; the essence and the mechanisms of the efficiency rise in the public administration sphere of the managers preparation for the health care system in Ukraine has been scientifically proved. The results are the project of the managers preparation for the health care system has been suggested as well as the typical program of the health care manager on the master's program "Master of Health Care System"; the demands to the manager of the health care system have been scientifically improved.
