Didkovska L. Economic Mechanism of the Rational Use and Land Resources Protection in the Agrarian Sphere

Subject: processes and phenomena having relations to use and protection of agricultural lands of Ukraine; object of the research: substantiation and elaboration of theoretical and practical concepts and recommendations concerning the forming of an effective economic mechanism of rational use and protection of agricultural lands; methods: dialectical method of knowledge, statistical generalization, comparison, analysis, synthesis, monographic and notional-logical method; theoretical and practical results: there were extended the research of ecologic and economic aspects of the rational use and protection of agricultural lands, the necessity of ecological landuse are grounded; innovations: there were developed methodological recommendations regarding the forming of an effective economic mechanism of rational use and protection of agricultural lands, based on ecological and economic approach; there also were extended the principles of rational use and protection of agricultural lands, taking into account ecological, social and economic approach; there were specified and supplemented basic economic points of rational use and protection of agricultural lands, including stimulative and compulsory aspects; there was developed and extended founding of the necessity to implement ecological licensing of agrarian land use; there were also developed some recommendations on the expediency of market production state support; this resulted in improvement of economic stimulation of rational lands use and protection in the agrarian sphere; the implementation level is the results of the research used by United Economic Institute and also by a corporation of integrated agroindustrial enterprises of Ukraine (limited liability company UkrRipak); efficiency of introduction: - practical use of results of research is the important precondition of formation of effective economic mechanism of the rational use and protection of agricultural lands; application sphere is the agroindustrial complex.
