The dissertation is devoted to development of theoretical bases and scientific-metodological recommendations of a structure of structure of effective functioning of auxiliary manufacture of the industrial enterprises. The object of research is processes of functioning of auxiliary manufacture of the enterprises. In the dissertation the statistical methods were used the system analysis of a problem. The essence of auxiliary manufacture is determined, the model of his volume is constructed, the models of reforming are offered which are introduced at the enterprises.
