3. When pubertograms for 1362 patients in the age of 13-14 were composed it was found that there is incongruity between the actual girls age and parameters of development in 8.1% of cases. A complex of consultation, sanitary and health resort measures was singed from the age of 13-14,had 3-4 courses. Yearly sanitary and health resort treatment by 16 years in main group conducted faster puberty, that composed Ma3Ax3P3 within 82%.Opportunely revelation of a contracted pelvis "risk group", extradition of a "pelvis card" with the list of all parameters of pelvis capacity and cephalic presentation capacity would allow to optimize a tactics of labor conduction.
