Essay

The thesis is dedicated to development of scientific and methodological basics of civil engineering work duration optimisation considering its probabilistic nature, optimization and technological conditions and market relations. Also the thesis is dedicated to researching of methods which shows connection between optimum work duration and optimization and technological factors. Optimization of the work duration is proposed to be done by determining work duration, considering optimum time level reservation, with minimum general losses, which connected with work-front and work-team idle times, and also with payment for using bank credit, in case of involving different work-teams types (specific and complex). The result is obtained by using mathematical apparatus of the waiting line theory. Founded results are used in civil engineering companies. .
