Harry Z. Spouse desadaptation and its psychotherapy in women with demonstrative disorder of personality

Spouse's desadaptation and its psychotherapy in women with demonstrative disorder of personality. On the basis of systematic studies of 91 married couples in which wives had demonstrative personality disorder there were determined causes, mechanisms of development and clinical manifestations of spouses' desadaptation. It was revealed a role of biogenic, psychogenic, sociogenic and negative social-psychological factors in the development of two variants of spouses' desadaptation (sexual and social-psychological). Pathological patterns of women sexual behavior and peculiarities of their interactions with husbands and family functioning were studied. There were developed differential diagnostic criteria of revealed variants of spouses' desadaptation and the system of their psychotherapeutic correction.
