Godovas' M. Spouses desadaptation at the sociogenic and psychogenic erectile dysfunction in men and its psychotherapeutic correction.

Subject - married deadaptation in the erectile disfunction in a husband. Purpose - revealing the mechanism of the formation and the clinical picture of married deadaptation in sociogenic and psychogenic erectile disfunction in a husband and on this basis the development of the system of its psychotherapeutic correction. Metods - clinicopathopsychological, clinical, special sexological methods of the examination; the systemic-structural analysis of sexual health, psychodiagnostic methods of the investigation of a person and enterpersonal relations of a husband and a wife; the methods of mathematical statistics. Results - from the systemic approach point of view there were investigated a desadaptation at the sociogenic and psychogenic erectile dysfunction in husband. Peculiarities of sex development of spouses were studied; it was shown that discrepancy of sex constitution of spouses and unfavorable combination of psychosexual types of man and woman in a couple aggravated spouses desadaptation caused bysociogenic and psychogenic erectile dysfunction in husband; the clinical forms of both variants of dysfunction, causes and forming mechanisms were revealed; disorders of common and sexual communication, sex-role behavior of patients and their wives, disorder of personality and neurotic disorder in them were shown; the psychotherapy system of spouses desadaptation was developed which allowed to achieve a high and steady effect in 88 4%. Novelty - the application of the systemic, interdisciplinary approach to the study of the mechanisms of the impairment of sexual adaptation and interpersonal relations of a husband and a wife in the case of erectile disfunction in the husband. It has been introduced into practice of the work of the department of family-psychoneurologic consultation of the Donetsk District Clinical Territorial Medical Union: the department of family medicopsychologic consultation of the Kharkov District Psychoneurologic dispensery; into the pedagogical process at the department of sexology andmedical psychology of the Kharkov District Academy of the postgraduate education.
