The thesis is devoted to the study of peculiarities of pregnancy, delivery and postpartum period; to evaluation of the condition of fetoplacenta complex, fetus and new born child of women with dismicroelementosis whose pregnancy was complicated by threat of premature abortion. The clinical-laboratory peculiarities of clinical course of pregnancy period were studied. The conditions of fetoplacenta complex were analysed. A great attention was paid to the analysis of the level of essential macro-, microelements (calcium, magnesium. zinc) and toxic metals (lead) in mother’s blood. The importance of this thesis is the comparative analysis of the studied clinical symptoms and laboratory indicices that gave an opportunity to make analysis of association between the content of macro,- microelements and lead and level of hormones of fetoplacenta complex (progesterone, aestriol, placental lactogen). The mathematical model of threat of premature abortion was elaborated. This model includes the ecological factors (the level of xenobiotics) and essential elements in blood. The author used the methods of aprior probability and information entropy. The author improved the method of prognosis, diagnosis and prophylaxis of development of threat of premature abortion.
