An object is the process of professional automobile preparation of police cadets; purpose - theoretically ground, elaboration and experimental verification methods of the High School police cadet's special automobile training; methods are theoretical: analysis of scientific and special literature; comparison, generalization and systematization of theoretical and practical material, design; empiric: pedagogical supervision; questioning; questionnaire; conversation, interview, method of expert estimation, method of self-appraisal; pedagogical experiment (establishing, forming, comparative); statistical: methods of mathematical statistics for the research data analysis; novelty - first organization-pedagogical model of police cadet's special automobile training is elaborated which foresee stage forming professional skills of driving in the extreme situations with optimal using problem methods, which according to level of cadets' cognition activity; results - theoretically ground and experimental verification methods of the High School police cadet's special automobile training, which are based on principles of increasing of cadet's cognition activity; it is inculcated in Kharkov National University of Internal Affairs; industry is professional pedagogics.
