Borodovska N. Maintenance of the criminal - processual status of a person condemned by courts of Ukraine to imprisonment.

The thesis represents a completed complex research - both theoretical and practical questions connected to maintenance of the processual status of a person, condemned by courts of Ukraine to imprisonment. Dissertation is devoted to research the essence, the mechanism and the value of law provided activity in criminal proceedings, interaction of law provided activity with other kinds of the state and not state activity in criminal procedure. The author proves position that the criminal - processual status of a person condemned to imprisonment, is guaranteed by all system of the government power, by the criminal trial construction. The author proves contents of the processual status of a person condemned to imprisonment, gives classification of the processual status and the moment of its occurrence. As a result of the dissertational research, the author has formulated a number of propositions to improve the constitutional work, criminal - procedure and criminal legislation of Ukraine with the purpose ofimprovement the quality of activity on maintaining the processual status of a person condemned to imprisonment.
