Object of the study is managerial system production spare large machine-building enterprise. Objective of study is development scientifically-methodical positions and practical recommendation, defining directions of the shaping and further improvement managerial system production spare of the large machine-building enterprise. Methods of research are benchmark analysis, ABC-analysis, XYZ-analysis, vertical analysis of the balance enterprise, modeling of the systems.
