Goncharenko O. Development of economic rights of person and citizen in Ukraine.

The problematic matters of the development of economic rights of person and citizen in Ukraine are investigated in the dissertation. On the basis of the analysis of scientific works, national standard - legal statements and international agreements is substantiated the conception of establishing and development of Constitutional economic human rights of person and citizen in the history of Ukrainian constitutionalism. It is defined the place of Constitutional economic rights of person and citizen in the establishing and development of legal state and civil society in Ukraine. The peculiarities of constitutional law of legal regulations of economic rights are characterized on the different stages of state power in Ukraine. The stages of securing of economic rights are determined. On the basis of investigation are given practical recommendations of improving the current lawmaking in Ukraine in the sphere of economic rights. Legal limitation and the other actual matters of constitutional legal regulationsof economic rights are determined. The conception of the right of objects of public property using is formulated.
