Dissertation is devoted to the development of the scientifically-grounded methodical and practical recom-mendations of using the reengineering as a tool of innovational and investment activities of the food industry enterprises in conditions of the Ukrainian market economy today. The place of innovation and investment activities in the market conditions and methods of it regulation are defined, including the examination system of formation of total innovational and investment supply and demand, which has an influence on the mechanism of investment and innovational market. The economic content of innovational and investment activities in the conditions of the development of market relations, particularly the classification of investment forms is given, which is based on the systematic approach to the consideration of their structure and inherent meaning. The place of the innovational and investment activities in the mechanism of the food industry enterprises reforming is determined and the reengineeringas a tool of its reforming is analyzed, including the perfection of the reengineering methodology conception. The analysis of today's methods, models and problems of the support of food industry enterprises reengineering is given. The issue of the business-process choice for the food industry enterprises reengineering is considered. The method of the estimation of the innovational and investment credibility of the food industry enterprises is improved, in particular, the criteria of the estimation of innovational and investment credibility of an enterprise, which reflects the momentum of changes depending on the investment enterprise. The algorithm of brining to life the improved computer model is developed
