Essay

This research deals with the technology of obtaining aqueous saline extract derived from cryopreserved skin fragments of newoborn piglets. Due to analysis of chromatographic studies one can judge that in the extract there is a wide spectrum of substances of peptide origin with possible regulatory properties. During therapy of experimental burn and cold wounds with a newborn piglets skin extract (NPSE) there is observed an acceleration of wound heaiing. Under the effect of extract introduction there is a decrease in the manifestation of inflammatory reaction and significant acceleration in the rates of granulation tissue formation. Use of NPSУ under local therapy of thermo- and cryoinjury in experiment enables observation of considerble changes in cytogrammes at various research terms as a reduction of alterative and exudative impairments, stimulatin of the beginning of proliferation phase. It has been shown that introduction of NPSE to animals renders therapeutic effect when treating infected burn andcold damages of the 2 grade with no use of antibiotics and conservative local therapy.
