Sparysh D. Development and optimization of surgical methods of medical treatment of age changes of skin of person

Dissertation is devoted to the increase of efficiency of medical treatment of patients with the age changes on face. The character of clinic-morphological age displays depending on the form of person is set. It is exposed, that the variants of fork of temporal branch of facial nerve depend also on the constitutional form of person. On results clinic-morphological researches compatible clinical-statistical classification of age changes of person, which allows to ground a clinical diagnosis and develop the algorithms of medical treatment of this group of patients, is developed. The developed methods and devices for surgical medical treatment of age changes of skin of person allowed considerably to improve postoperative cosmetic results and save them during all period of supervision. Application of combined and complex approaches at lifting operations taking into account the morphological regional features of person allows to decrease the amount of postoperative complications and save an aesthetic effecton considerably more long term than after implementation of the isolated surgical interferences.
