Chystyakov R. Andrologic rehabilitation of patients suffering from reproductive function disorders under conditions of the environment unfavorable factors influence

The thesis deals with the increase of efficacy of rehabilitation of patients suffering from reproductive function disorders and prophylaxis of male sterility by way of the pathogenically-directed correction of disorders conditioned by the environment unfavor-able factors influence.The experiment part of the work proves that oxidant stress is one of the main ele-ments of pathogenesis of the environment unfavorable factors influence. Therefore, the an-tioxidants ( tocopherol acetate in a dose of 600 mg per a day) should be included in complex therapy of the patients suffering from reproductive function disorders. Efficacy of antioxidant therapy and just that very dose of -tocopherol acetate is proved by clinical researches.On the basis of the researches results, the clinical-organizational model of rehabilita-tion of patients suffering from reproductive function disorders have been developed and proposed. It allows to promote the therapy efficacy, which is of medical-social impor-tance.
