Loboda T. Еlectroimpulsive and psychоphonotherapies in cjmplex of sanatorium treatment of patients with a chronic fatigue syndrom

The dissertation is devoted to a pathogenetic substantiation of application of natural end preformed physical medical factors in a complex of a sanatorium rehabilitation of patients with a chronic fatigue syndrom. Physical and mental exhibitings of illness invoke downstroke of work capacity, personal and social activity and result in deterioration of life of patients. The complex of a health resort therapy for this patients includes a electroimpulsive - electrodream and electroanalgesia and psychоphonotherapy (listening of musical fragments and notes of the nature). Application of the suggested complex positively influenced to parameters of a mental-emotional state and of a vegetative regulation of an organism that was displayed by decrease of a deprssion level, reactive uneasiness, hypochondrias. As a result of treatment it is marked positive dynamics of parameters of vegetative balance. Normalization of vegetative balance as display of the central mechanisms of a regulation, rendered positive influence on neuroendocrinal balance of the surveyed women. Normalization of a physical state and mental-emotional sphere promoted rising mental and physical effeciency, enriching of parameters of quality of life. Thus, application of complex of sanatorium treatment of patients with a CFS is pathogenetic proved, effective, that promotes enriching physical and mental-emotional state, normalization of vegetative balance and a neuroendocrinal regulation of reproductive system, raises personal and social activity and enriches quality of life.
