Lysenko N. Improvement of Economic Relations at Cultivation and Processing of Sugar Beet

Object of research - a process of improvement of economic relations between agricultural enterprises and sugar factories. The purpose of research - development of the mechanism of improvement of economic relations in sphere of manufacture and processing of sugar beet in conditions of market economy and substantiation of offers concerning optimization of raw zones of sugar factories in Cherkassy region as motivator of deepening of mutual calculations in sugar beet manufacture. Method of testing - dialectic, abstract and logic, economic and statistical, econometric, graphic, correlative and regressive, economic and mathematical modeling, etc. The idealized and practical outcomes - the scientific results formulated in dissertational work, received conclusions and recommendations can be used for sowing the problems to increase the efficiency of functioning of sugar beet manufacture: to improve the mechanism of economic mutual relations, by working out the prospect strategy of development of sugar beet manufacture. Scientific novelty - the economic and mathematical model of programming of parameters of economic efficiency of manufacture of sugar beet and sugar is developed at the first time which enables to balance available industrial resources of the integrated formations, to cut down irrational expenses and to receive maximal income; theoretic and methodological aspects of formation of economic relations in sugar beet manufacture and the efficiency and the coordination of interests of the agricultural and processing enterprises are defined; the further development of substantiation of the rational circuit of interrelations in agricultural manufacturers and sugar factories as motivational mechanism of increase of efficiency of functioning of the integrated formations has been received; the further development revealing of laws, tendencies of development of sugar beet manufacture has been received which enables to prove scientifically the ways of an output from crisis; the further development of classificationof factors of charges formation of manufacturers of sugar beet and processing factories has been received methodical value of it consists in maintenance of rational using of industrial potential of the enterprises; the further development and substantiation of the system method in optimization of raw zones and full loading of sugar factories depending on their capacity, as important condition of formation of the integrated structures and stimulating economic mutual relations between manufacturers of sugar beet and sugar has been received; the further development and substantiation of the procedure of payments between sugar sowing and sugar processing enterprises has been received; the basis of which contains the definition of their share in realizable price of ultimate product under condition to achieve the necessary level of efficiency of chain the production of manufacturing the ultimate production. Degree of introduction - results of the research are accepted to using at the prospects of development of sugar beet subcomplex in Cherkassy region, and also in educational process of Uman State Agrarian university and Uman branch of European university.
