Essay

The thesis identifies and provides theoretical analysis of the semantic-syntactic features of the conditionals in the modern Japanese language. On this basis classification of the conditionals was developed. In the thesis we also clarify key points of the Japanese syntactic stylistics in order to find out stylistic potential of the conditionals and describe their functional features in the texts of different styles as well. In the thesis we offer approaches for the translation of the Japanese conditionals into Ukrainian and the way to arrange them effectively in textbooks.
