Losyeva E. The staged medical rehabilitation of the children suffering from congenital septal heart diseases and Fallot’s tetralogy

The dynamic research of the clinical picture, functional cardiac activity, anaerobic glycolisis and the relationship at the system of peroxide oxidation of lipids — antioxidant protection (POL-AOP) in 60 children with congenital heart diseases (37 — with congenital septal heart diseases and 23 — with Pallet's tetralogy) after operative treatment allows to find the significant disorders of metabolism and hemodynamics, which were observed for a long time against a background of common therapy. The complex of the staged medical rehabilitation, including the metabolic preparation «Cardonat» in the drug therapy as well as physical factors with the elements of the oriental massage, has been developed. The complex favored the improvement of the postoperative period clinical course, normalization of metabolic processes at the system of the POL-AOP and anaerobic glycolisis, stabilization of the hemodynamics due to restoration of the myocardial contractile ability in shorter time as compared to common therapy. Algorithm of the medical rehabilitation, composed of the near, sanatorium and ambulatory-policlinic stages, has improved the prognosis for the disease and quality of life in the operated children suffering from congenital heart diseases
