The thesis is devoted to the problem of prenatal care in high hrisk pregnancy complicated by placenta insufficiency in the patients with pathological level of antiphospholipid antibodies due to the early exposure of the disorders in the system of haemostasis depending on the clinical manifestations of placenta insufficiency. There were found high rate of pregnancy complications, haemostatic dysfunction, fetoplacental insufficiency in women with hyperproduction of APA. It has been found the pathogenetic role of hyperproduction of autoantibodies to antiphosphatidilserin and anticardiolipin in pregnant women with preeclamp- sia and IUGR. There are specific prognostic criteria in the development of preeclampsia including high level of antiphospholipid antibodies, hypercoagulation and high level of autoantibodies to ?2-GP-1, prothrombin and annexin V.
