Essay

We have revealed that the lack of uterine transport in organisms of infertile women with endometrioses is found 7,8 times more often than in control group of women, and disturbance transport is found 3,1 time more often. We have revealed that uterine transport is under the dominant follicle control and is the process depending upon hormones level of Estradiol, Thyrotropine, Tetraiodthyronine. The influence of androgens and Luteinised hormone is lower. For the improvement of the efficiency of treatment programs for infertile women with endometriosis at the stage of examining we recommend the hysterosalpingoscintigraphy. Results of hysterosalpingoscintigraphy is the criteria for the choice between the conservative tactic and one of the methods of assistant reproductive technology.
