The dissertation contains complex analysis of the juridical nature of the trade secret rights, specifics of their acquiring, implementation and protection. The author analyses the trade secret concept and its features, the substance of the subjective trade secret rights, determines the basis of their origin, modification and cessation, the circle of subjects of the trade secret rights. The justification for proposals and recommendations aimed at improvement and correct application of the trade secrets legislation is put forward.
