Kodynets A. Means of individualization participant of civil circulation, goods and services in the Civil Law of Ukraine

The dissertation contains a complex research of theoretical and practical problems related to legal protection means of individualization participant of civil circulation, goods and services in the Civil Law of Ukraine, determination of the effectiveness of civil law regulations of relations connected with their use, and the justification for proposals and recommendations aimed at improvement legislation of intellectual property rights. The historical evolution and system of means of individualization has been researched. The legal nature and features of means of individualization, problems of their correlation and dissociation from same legal categories, realization and legal protection has been analyzed.
