Fedorov I. Codification of administrative and delict legislation of Ukraine

Object – social relations originated from administrative delictual legislation codification; purpose – to define the genesis, notion, characteristics, essence and mechanism of administrative delictual legislation codification in Ukraine as well as the main directions of its further development; to formulate key problems and to suggest certain solution variants including new codified final administrative delictual act formation; methods – dialectical, historical, logical, system analysis, documents analysis, comparative legal, statistical, historical legal; novelty – the dissertation is the first complex specific monographic domestic administrative legal research of administrative delictual legislation codification in Ukraine; results- materials of the dissertation can be used in the research, practical, lawmaking and law enforcement activity as well as in educational sphere.
