Essay

Object of research - processes of state regulation of economy. The purpose of research - development of the mechanism of anticrisis state regulation of the branch markets. Methods of research - system approach. Practical significance of results of research make system of monitoring of the branch market and measures on stabilization of the basic parameters of a market conjuncture. The scientific novelty of the received results of research consists in development of the mechanism of anticrisis state regulation of the branch markets of Ukraine. For the first time an opportunity of application of the organic theory of society is considered during state management and there is proved, that there is an opportunity of a projection of some properties of organism on mechanisms of ability to live of society with the purpose of increase of a level of its viability; there is determined, that the organic theory of society is useful from the point of view of mechanisms of state management; the mechanism of state regulation of the branch markets is developed; the parameters of system of monitoring of a condition of the branch markets and measures on stabilization of the basic parameters of a market conjuncture are justified; the organizational aspect of the mechanism of anticrisis state regulation of the branch markets is developed. Methods and approaches to the analysis of a condition of the branch market as systems; system of formation of reserve stocks are advanced. The recommendations for stabilization of the basic branch markets of Ukraine are improved. The organizational approaches to a formulation of the scripts of development of a political and economic situation in Ukraine in a transitive period have received the further development.
