The object - human cadavers, experimental animals; the purpose - to obtain results of laparoscopic stomach resections, chole-cystectomy, adnexhysterectomy and sterilizations due to im-provement of operation techniques employing new apparatuses and sutures; methods - endoscopic, radiological, biochemical, hagiographical, histological, morphometric, statistical; novelty - for the first time: application of the new titanic sutures with the special processing, generated by the new apparatus has been proved; the method of a quantitative estimation of traumatic rate of operations on the basis of studying vascular-neurocellular mi-crocomplexes and biochemical investigations has been suggested; features of wound healing in different experimental animals have been revealed; effective surgical treatment using the advanced ways of operations has been realized; results - the developed and introduced operations reduce the time of intervention, terms of treatment, number of postoperative complications, decrease thetraumatic rate; put into practice - medical practice, doctor's train-ing process; branch - medicine.
