Polyuga V. The dynamics of valuable orientations of draft servicemen.

The Dissertation presents the research of the dynamics of valuable orientations of draft servicemen, gives the definition of the conceptual approach to studying the influences of military environment on the person's valuable-normative system during his draft military service. In this work the basic approaches to studying the dynamics of the valuable-normative system of a serviceman are specified; the system of views on the structure of the valuable-normative system of a typical draft serviceman's personality as well as the sociological theory of identification under conditions of transformation of valuable-normative system of the personality of a serviceman during the change of the social and cultural environment are developed; the basic types of reaction to military - professional subculture and its representatives expressed by the draft servicemen are determined.
