Tugaj V. Тhe Substantiation of parameters of technological circuits narrow-web mining of thin flat layers

The dissertation is devoted to a substantiation of rational parameters of technological circuits narrow-cut dredging of thin flat layers and ways of increase of efficiency of destruction of a file of coal due to use of potential opportunities of breakage face, and laws of its interaction with the real environment. The program, technique complex, theoretical, laboratory and experimental researches is scientifically proved and developed. A ultimate goal of researches - achievement of effective work of the mechanized mining complexes and complete sets of the equipment at dredging thin flat layers by increase of operating ratio of design width of capture of agencies of a combine. Laws of formation of loadings in system "coal layer - coal-plough machine - conveyor" are established at change of width of capture of an agency of a coal-plough machine and the estimation of stability of this system is given at the combined circuit of dredging of a coal layer. The operating ratio of width of capture of an agencyof the combine is determined, allowing to coordinate design parameters of mining coal. Complete sets of the equipment with the increased, combined capture of a combine are developed and introduced into manufacture on mines SHC "Luganskugol" and "Pervomaiskugol".
