The dissertation is devoted to the issues on efficiency of chronic glomerulonephritis treatment and use of the general magnetotherapy on the basis of studying peculiarities of the nervous and humoral disturbance of homeostasis . Spastic and atonic types of microcirculation are detailed on the results of clinical, tensiometry, heart rate variability, biochemical blood and urine parameters. The experimental research has allowed to determine the direction of magnetic field action to prove a technique of a magnetotherapy. It has been found the magnetic field action was realized through changes of iono-water, lipid and protein balance. The magnetic field with the sinusoid wave form, an induction 10 mТl and short-term influence has more "sparing" action. Various types of microcirculation demanded the differentiated prescribe of physiotherapy. It has been shown that the general technique of the magnetotherapy is pathogenetically grounded for the treatment of patients with hypersympathicotonia and spastic typeof microcirculation. The prescription of magnetotherapy in the complex treatment stabilizes the clinical and laboratory parameters, decreases the arterial pressure and allows to reduce in 2 times a hypotensive drugs's doze at a hospital stage of treatment.
