Dissertation is dedicated for scientific basing and elaboration of differentiated methods of rehabilitation medicine of children with respiratory diseases from zones with radionuclide pollution by using such methods of physiatrics as laser therapy, millimeter waves therapy and phytoaromatic acupressure.Complex clinical and laboratory examination of 210 children with respiratory diseases, which are arriving for spa-treatment from zones of radiation control, shown, that introduction of low-energy physiatrics in complex rehabilitation program is improving their clinical status, function of external breathing, Т-link of cell-immunity. Complex influence of this methods, by data's of increasing numbers of children with middle index of somatic health, mainly with increasing of cardio-respiratory reserves is characterized by maximum sanogenetic effect with application of locally-segmentary laser therapy > phytoaromatic acupressure. Factors of resistance were found for this treatment. Established, that the obtained positive effects of low-energy physiatrics are reserved in long time period.
