The dissertation deals with scientific grounds for differential usage of peloid-, millimeter wave therapy, vacuum massage at complex sanatorium-resort treatment in adolescent boys with delayed puberty, with regard for clinical-functional condition of the main regulatory systems of the organism.On the basis of the complex examination of 130 adolescent boys with delayed puberty, there have been ascertained changes in the state of the vegetative regulation, sumpa-adrenal system cardiohemodynamic and the psycho-emotional status, which hinder the process of complete medical rehabilitation of boys with delayed puberty.It has been proved that the usage of peloid- and millimeter wave treatments is more effective than using only peloid- therapy as one of the leading monofactors is aimed at forming rehabilitation processes resulting in decreasing vegetal disfunction, improving vegetal reactivity, hormonic and mediator regulation systems, central cardiohemodynamic. It has been determined the efficiency of using vacuum massage for sanatorium-resort treatment in adolescent boys with delayed puberty, that also makes for improving the neurohumoral regulation, cardiohemodynamic and psycho-emotional status. Taking the usage of physical factors and analysis of immediate and remote treatment results as an example there has been substantiated the differential complexes for sanatorium- resort treatment in adolescent boys with delayed puberty to rehabilitate broken functions of the regulatory mechanisms.
