Bondarenko I. Organizational and legal fundamentals of servise rendering in the branch of customs affair

Object – social relations originated while rendering services in the sphere of the customs operation ; purpose – to define the services place and role in the sphere of the customs operation as the law on customs institution; to define the organizational and legal peculiarities and tendencies of rendering services by the customs bodies and mediation subjects; to elaborate the scientifically grounded proposals as for the present legislation, regulating relations in the mentioned sphere, improvement, services rendering effectiveness raising; methods –general scientific, dialectical, system, historical legal, formal logical, statistical, logical normative and simulation method; novelty – the dissertation is one of the first complex researches of one of the institutions of the law on customs – the institute of services in the customs operation sphere; results- materials of the dissertation can be used in the research, practical, lawmaking activity as well as in educational sphere.
