Shvetsova N. Prognosis, profilaxis and management of the respiratory disorders in patients with gastroduodenal bleeding (clinical- experimental research)

Object - gastroduodenal bleedings; methods - clinical, endoscopical, laboratory, clinical-physiological, experimental, morphological, statistical; novelty - for the first time it is investigated structure of respiratory changes at gastroduodenal bleedings and changes surfactant systems of lungs at patients with gastroduodenal bleedings. Their dependence on presence and weight haemic and circulation hypoxia, endotoxicosis and accompanying diseases (bodies of breath), communication with the years and is revealed by a condition of a source of a bleeding; it is proved, that at gastroduodenal bleedings duly and adequate correction hemodinamical frustration in a complex with ambroxolum and antioxidants promotes improvement of a condition surfactant systems of lungs; Necessity of carrying out of replaceable therapy by preparations surfactant at patients with high probability of development of a pathology surfactant systems of lungs (at operative treatment); efficiency of replaceable therapy for the preventionof development of postoperative pneumonias is shown; results - increase of efficiency of treatment of patients with GDB due to decrease in a degree of operational risk by the prediscretion, the duly prevention and correction of respiratory frustration; branch – medicine.
