3. Object of research - set of the enterprises, establishments and organizations of all kinds of activity, patterns of ownership and organizational-legal forms of managing, which are the participants of the markets of energetic materials and producer. Purpose of research - development and substantiation of the scientific - practical recommendations on improvement of existing organizational-methodological bases of statistical supervision of the markets of energetic materials and producer. Methods of research: theoretical generalization, comparison, historical method, supervision, grouping, graphic, absolute and relative sizes, analysis of lines of distribution. The theoretical and practical results: is investigated and is developed the scientific - methodical approaches and practical recommendations for perfection of organization and technique of statistical supervision of the markets of energetic materials and producer. The results of research are used in the author's publications, educational processes and speech at conferences, and also in activity of bodies of state statistics. The scientific novelty consists in development of the complex approach to improvement of methodology and statistical toolkit for creation of information base in branch of statistics of the markets of energetic materials and producer, namely: for the first time: is generalized working organizational-methodological principles of statistical research of the markets of energetic materials and producer with the purpose of definition of directions of their improvement and adaptation to modern conditions; is proved low efficiency of application of a continuous method of statistical supervision; is developed the new methodological approaches to statistical study of the markets of energetic materials and producer, that enables introductions of a method of inspection of objects of managing on a selecteve basis; the technique of a statistical estimation of parameters of use and provision by energetic materials with use of the appropriate algorithm of account is developed, that allows to lower accounting loading on the respondents and gross expenditure of realization of statistical supervision; is advanced: the structure of general set of reporting units on statistics of the markets of energetic materials and producer, that allows to form information base of parameters of their condition, efficiency and dynamics of development in the country and regions at realization within a year research, provides sufficient representativity of the data and can form the basis for acceptance of the appropriate administrative decisions; have received the further development: treatment of the contents of an economic category " the market of means of manufacture "; the statistical analysis of a condition and tendencies of development of the market at a regional level for improvement of information maintenance of bodies of management and other users; Improvement of the forms of the state statistical reporting on statistics of energetic and materials resources, structure of parameters in view of their urgency with the purpose of optimization and actualization of structure. Extent of implementation: the results of research are introduced into practical work of Statistics Board in Zhitomir region and in educational process of Zhytomyr State Technological University for teaching the subjects "Statistics of the markets ". Efficiency of implementation: provides efficiency of statistical supervision, reliability and timeliness of granting of the information to the users concerning a condition of the markets of energetic materials and producer. Sphere of usage: activity of bodies of state statistics.
