Khil’ko S. The prophilaxis and treatment of liver failure in patients with mechanical jaundice (experimental-clinical investigation)

The thesis is devoted to the problem of treatment of liver failure in patients with mechanical jaundice. The effectiveness of oxygen-carrying agents in the treatment of mechanical jaundice. On the basis of comparative clinical analysis of the results of treatment of patients of liver failure with mechanical jaundice ,the ef-fectiveness of the use of preliminary decompression of the biliary tract with the use of low invasive methods with switching to commom therapy of oxygen -carrying agents (Perftoran or ozonized isotonic solution of NaCl) was shown. It is estab-lished that the use of low invasive methods of percutaneous echocontrolled para umbilical cholangioostomy significantly improved results of surgical treatments.
