The thesis deals with the issues of treatment and prophylaxis of relapses of chronic viral hepatitises on the basis of study of a pathogenetic role of endotoxicosis in progression of the course of diffuse liver diseases in children.There is proposed a method of enhanced treatment and prophylaxis of chronic hepatitis relapses, which is based on correction of endogenous intoxication syndrome by reducing the blood plasma toxicity level, rising of the percent of toxins weakly bound to blood fractions, restoration of intestinal microbiocenosis, improvement of functional status of organs of gastrointestinal tract.The devised measures ensure a faster dynamics of clinical-paraclinical syndromes, contribute to prevention of recurrence of the disease which is prover by the results of clinical-paraclinical, toxicological, microbiologycal and immunological examinations.
